Bloodhound Whiskey monitors publicly available retailer pages and, where configured, a shared email inbox, and sends Discord alerts when a watched vendor's allocation, lottery, or flash sale appears to be open. Alerts are a courtesy notification, not a guarantee of availability — allocation and inventory are entirely controlled by the retailer, not by us.
Plans renew monthly and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We watch pages we don't control. Vendors can change their site or process without notice, which can delay or prevent detection. Every detector is biased toward silence over a false "open" alert, which means the tradeoff runs the other way too: we may occasionally miss or delay a real one. Bloodhound Whiskey is not liable for a missed allocation, a purchase you weren't able to complete in time, or any loss connected to acting (or not acting) on an alert.
Don't use the Discord bot or the service to abuse, spam, or attempt to access another member's watchlist or alerts. We may suspend access for abuse of the bot or the shared inbox.
We may update these terms or the vendor list as coverage changes. Material changes to pricing or these terms will be announced in the Discord server before taking effect for existing subscribers.
