FAQ

What counts as a "vendor"?
One retailer's lottery, vault, or allocation program — ABC Fine Wine & Spirits' Vault, for instance. Each is watched on its own.
How fast are the alerts?
We check every 20 seconds during known release windows and once a minute the rest of the time. Alerts come by Discord DM, privately — your watchlist is never visible to anyone else in the server.
Do you need my retailer login?
No. Never. Where a vendor requires your own membership, you get a personal forwarding address instead — we don't see or store a password.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no cancellation fee. Alerts run through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't prorate or refund partial months.
Can you guarantee you'll catch every drop?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. We watch public pages the retailers control, not ones we run. If a retailer changes their site without warning, detection can lag until we update for it. Every check is built to stay silent rather than risk a false alarm — we'd rather miss than cry wolf.
